Using his longtime connections with the local fishing industry, the second-generation owner of a small sushi restaurant in Nango, Chigasaki, has developed and sells "Eboshi no Shizuku," a local Chigasaki fish sauce made from locally sourced fish. It is also a "Choice! Chigasaki" certified product. In addition to its sushi menu, the restaurant also offers a lunch menu that includes fish sauce broth ramen made with Eboshi no Shizuku and other sushi dishes made with locally sourced fish (800 yen and up).
